If your card has stopped working in the post-warranty period, or if you have lost your card / box, you have the opportunity to purchase a new box or dongle from the nearest reseller and transfer the Packs you previously purchased to it.
Procedure
Report the loss / damage of the card and provide the following information:
- Old card serial number (after the packs are transferred, this card will be blocked automatically without the possibility of recovery!)

After launching the program, a special encrypted info file will be generated into the Smart-Clip2 service directory.

Smart-Clip2 Software is divided into parts - "packs".

What do I have to do before unlocking?
Before servicing the phone, please make sure that:
- Battery charged more than 50%
- All the side programs, that may interfere with the phone, are closed
- The phone cable will not be disconnected till the process is done
How do I connect the phone to PC?
Most of the supported phones have to be connected using regular USB cable. Some of the MTK-based models have to be connected to PC COM port via original COM data cable or using any COM port emulator. You can create your own cable using pinouts. Also you can buy cables at gsmserver online store.

If Unlock Phone procedure completed and the phone is still not unlocked, perform the following steps:
- Read the whole backup from the phone

If you've followed Direct Unlock procedure and your device is still locked, you need to patch the firmware.
In order to develop firmware patch, we need to get the following information from you:
- Full name of the model of the device you have
- The carrier and the country your device is locked to
- What is written on the screen when you use non-original SIM card
- Full backup of the device
